Collection and processing of personal data
If you visit our website, by default our web servers store your IP address, the website you used to visit us, a link you followed for example, websites you visited via us, information about the internet browser that you use and its display characteristics and language settings, the operating system as well as the date and duration of the visit. Furthermore, personal data is only collected and processed if you provide it to us independently, e.g. as part of a registration, the use of a contact form or a request.
We immediately delete personal data collected in such a way on this website provided it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.
Use and transfer of personal data and purpose limitation
HiDoc uses this personal data for the technical administration of the websites, in particular to allow you access as well as for statistical evaluations of use. A contact form is available on our website, which can be used for contacting us electronically. If the user makes use of this option, the data entered into the input mask is transmitted to us and stored. These data are first and surname as well as email address. Alternatively, it is possible to contact us via the email address provided. In this case, the user’s personal data transmitted by email are stored.
Furthermore, it is possible to arrange an individual call request by using another contact form. This also entails the collection of a telephone number and information about the type of health insurance and health insurance company to enable HiDoc to bill the health insurance company for its services.
Provided that you enter data in the health information comment field, you declare that you expressly agree that HiDoc uses this information for its personal consultation and may pass it on to an advisor.
Data are used exclusively for processing the transmitted request.
Data are deleted as soon as its collection is no longer required for achieving the intended purpose. As regards personal data from the input mask of the contact form and those that were sent via email, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user is finished. The conversation is finished when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the facts in question have been finally clarified. In the event of billing the services, data are stored accordingly until the end of the consultation and its billing.
The legal basis for the processing of data that is transmitted when sending an email or using the contact form, is Article 6 paragraph 1 lit.b and Article 9 paragraph 2 lit.a General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).

This makes it possible for us to retrieve valuable information to make our websites even faster and more customer friendly. Mixpanel Inc. collects and stores user data in pseudonymous profiles.
